At Embrace Home Loans, I managed 500+ SSRS BI reports and dashboards (50+ built from scratch), partnered with the VP of Operations on an initiative uncovering $500K in tolerance cures, and designed 6 executive command centre dashboards on live TV screens, contributing to 25% faster loan processing.
